Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Welcome to the Returns, Refunds and Cancellations section. We hope you don’t have to look into this section because we want you to love each and every product you buy from us!

Return and Refunds

Each and every product is inspected prior to dispatch so you do not get anything less than SUPR products! That said, the following are the events for which we would offer returns and refunds:

  1. Receipt of wrong product

    Hey, we are human and sometimes (though rarely) we might make an error and dispatch an incorrect product to you. If this happens, please let us know on hello (at the rate) bsupr (dot) com within 24 hours of receipt of the product (along with pictures) and we will ensure the incorrect product is picked up ASAP! Please ensure that the product/s remain unopened, unused, in resellable condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached. As soon as we receive your item back, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present, unopened and in original condition. We will then issue a full refund or exchange with the correct product as per your original order; whichever you prefer.

  2. Receipt of damaged product

    If your SUPR product gets to you in tampered or damaged state because someone dropped the line while transporting, please let us know on hello (at the rate) bsupr (dot) com within 24 hours of receipt of the product along with pictures of the product, the damaged area, the external courier packing with damaged area, courier bag clearly showing the waybill attached and we will ensure the damaged product is picked up ASAP! As soon as we receive your item back, we will inspect it for damage. We will then issue a full refund or exchange with the correct product as per your original order; whichever you prefer

Custom items are unfortunately not returnable.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they do not fall under the above 2 categories.

Refund processing

Should you qualify for a refund based on the above criteria of Returns, we will process your request within 24 hours of the receipt of the returned product for returns.

The money will be refunded in the same mode that the payment was made by and in your account within 10 working days if not earlier.
