We have taken a lot of effort to find reliable partner/s and to make sure your order reaches you soon. In order to achieve this, we reserve the right to select the shipping partner/s of our choice.
To reward our customers for their loyalty and patronage, shipping on all purchases over INR 1000 will be free of cost. All purchases below INR 1000 will attract a nominal shipping charge of INR 55 (exclusive of GST). We reserve the right to change this policy without prior notice.
Timelines and timeliness
Your order would be processed within 48 hours of you having placed your order and payment having been realised in our bank account. We would keep you updated on every stage of the order processing and dispatch. This SUPR human dispatch timelines would be possible on working days only. Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays would be processed from the next working day.
By default, all orders are shipped via standard delivery but we have to accept that India is a vast country and hence the normal delivery time is based on normal operations and conditions between locations which vary across cities in India.
We understand sometimes the need strikes and you got to have the product right there and then! For such urgent cases, please contact us for air freight options (available at an extra surcharge) and we will get back to you promptly!
Even though we wish we could control everything to deliver your order on time, we cannot always play magician! In the unfortunate incident that your order is missed or is late due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, festivals, incorrect addresses or PIN codes, acts of war, etc. we will not be able to assist with prompt delivery. We shall try our best for prompt dispatch and quick delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to any damages or compensation.
In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, we will not be responsible for a misdelivery if the receiver of the product at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the product to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
In case your SUPR shipment gets damaged during transit because one of our carrier partners dropped the ball, we will gladly issue a replacement of the products provided:
- Any damages/complaints should be reported back to us on our email hello (at the rate) bsupr (dot) com. This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving the product to render eligible for replacements.
- Include picture/s and as many details as possible so we are able to understand the extent and cause of damage.
- Returned merchandise must be unused, unopened, in original packaging with all tags (inside and outside) attached.
